Growing Opportunity and Service
The primary objective of the PAH Club is to broaden the range of opportunities available and enhance community involvement within the Deaf Community. This includes fostering social connections, providing educational resources, organizing sports activities, and supporting families with deaf or hard of hearing children. Moreover, we arrange ASL workshops and invite accomplished Deaf Members to share their experiences. As a group, we strongly believe in giving back to our community. We actively seek out volunteering opportunities to preserve and promote ASL, raise funds for organizations that support ASL, and engage in various other initiatives.
Intentinally Nurturing Diversity
PAH Club strongly values intentional diversity as an essential element of the deaf community. In addition to embracing diversity, we also strive for equity. Our aim is to ensure that individuals from all walks of life, regardless of age, gender identity, race, or ethnicity, are represented within the Deaf Community. Moreover, we believe it is crucial for our leadership to reflect this same level of diversity. By donating, you contribute to our efforts in creating inclusive opportunities for everyone to learn, train, and develop as Deaf Leaders. Your support enables us to guide and inspire future generations.
Deaf - Friendly Space
We at PAH Club are committed to promoting cooperation among businesses to establish a friendly space for the Deaf Community to gather. As a recently established organization, this is a major initiative for us! Furthermore, we are currently in search of a donated venue to broaden our activities and offer a safe environment that is accommodating to the deaf community.​
Making Sure There's s Room in the PAH Club for Everyone!
PAH Club is dedicated to offering membership to all individuals. Those who can contribute at the full PAH Club's membership level (or beyond) assist those who may not be able to do so. This mutually beneficial arrangement ensures that the more Deaf supporters we have, the more enhanced our collective experience becomes!
Insurance
PAH Club strives to have comprehensive insurance coverage, including general liability, D&O, and all other essential insurance policies.
Operation Expense
While generous donors have helped cover some of the PAH Club's initial operational costs for websites maintenance, email communication, and member engagement, there are still some ongoing financial responsibilities to address.
